Career Transition

Working with Kristina has been a pleasure. Aware I wanted more direction, hope, and fulfilling work but overwhelmed by the process, I decided to try life coaching. 

I chose Kristina because she is authentic, engaging, successful and empathetic. I admire the values she applies to her own life and work and enjoy her personable manner. She is an attentive and patient listener.

One of her gifts is in recognizing the tiny nuggets within our conversations, that indicate deeper beliefs and desires, especially those I haven't realized myself. With graceful yet direct professionalism, she guides me toward clarity of purpose.

You can see her excitement while you are learning and challenging yourself to be better. You can feel her gentle push when you get stuck and she helps you get back on track. Most of all, you know you have her in your corner to achieve amazing things!

Kristina's passion for what she does is infectious. She fosters a safe and exciting environment to grow and learn. 

As a leader, she positively and regularly challenged her team to grow and take on bigger responsibilities. There was never a feeling of being stagnant or like you were being stretched beyond what you were capable of at the time.  Kristina believes in the benefits of providing ongoing feedback, appreciation and encouragement to those around her, always providing a feeling of transparency and honest communication.
